Tasks

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst Online Marketing (m/f/d) who will advise our customers in the data-driven analysis of digital marketing campaigns. In addition, you will support and steer us with your competences in our own data-driven operations.

  • You’ll take care of tracking and monitoring of our clients' projects and support our marketers with segmentations in our DSP, DMP, CDP, CRM, DWH, and marketing automation systems.
  • You will be responsible for setting up our own MarTech stack for data analyses and develop a standard reporting framework with relevant KPIs
  • You’ll design and develop our own DWH with the data of our time tracking, finance, sales, etc. in Google Bigquery and you’ll evaluate the data for our business planning, people analytics, and client reporting.
  • You’ll prepare data and reports by using visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Chartio, or Power BI and can explain interrelationships in a good and easy to comprehend way.

Requirements

  • You gained first work experience in the field of MarTech and/or analytics in a digital environment (e.g. startup, agency, consulting, digital PurePlayer, etc.)
  • You have a solid knowledge of web tracking (e.g. Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Snowplow) and data analysis in relevant tools such as Google Data Studio, R, Power BI and / or SQL
  • You ideally have expertise in dealing with Javascript and Python
  • You understand and master the language of IT and marketing and have a passion for new MarTech tools
  • You are strong in communication and you have a positive mindset
  • You speak German and English fluently
